Place was in complete disrepair. At $200 a night outrageous

I canceled this reservation 2 weeks ago!

Property is in need of upgrade. Visible needs repairs. Bed and linens clean. Room was shabby

The manager was wonderful. She helped with places to go, helped get the guest computer up and working for me. She gets 5 stars. The gentleman who checked me in and seemed to work evenings was pleasant but did not go out of his way for conversation, explanations or anything. Almost felt like I was a bother. Especially when I called after getting into my room to say the TV wasn't working and basically told me to fix it myself. As far as the cleanliness, I think it was as clean as it could get but there were small fruit flies in the bathroom/tub. The hairdryer plug was cracked as well as the plug was bulging out of the wall for whatever reason. I know it was an inexpensive property but there were stains of the bed cover, the bathroom was maybe a 7ft ceiling, no switch for ventilation, really bad caulking job, cheapest of cheap shampoo and conditioners. So many things but not of the staffs doing, the property has just not been maintained. The breakfast was good but the dining room had ceiling tiles missing and some close to falling out. My favorite thing was watching the butterflies and hummingbirds in the morning around the butterfly bushes. Wish there was outside seating though.

Bad conditions poor maintenance

Our room got flooded during a thunderstorm! I tried to go to another hotel and Expedia would not give me a refund and I paid for insurance! I will never use Expedia again! At least Yolanda at the hotel gave us a better roomroom. not

The room and surrounding area of hotel was dirty and falling apart. Pool wasn’t open. It was an old mess- no water, mold evident. Room smelled moldy. Plaster falling. Last day water was brown and rusty entire day. Threw money away staying there. You should remove them from your hotel offerings. Terrible and disgusting I should get an Expedia credit for entire five nights.

Nothing like the photos. Trash everywhere. Transients hanging out in the parking lot. Room wasn't cleaned. Had to go to the front to ask for towels. Lights were not working. No plug for the microwave. Worn mattresses. The pool was empty and the grounds were totally unkempt and trashy. Did not feel like a safe environment.

I am offended that this hotel was even listed on hotels.com. Shame on you, hotels.com and Wyndham - this place is a terrible dive that nobody should be subjected to. The property is dirty and poorly kept. It’s like a “welfare hotel” there seem to be long term residents there. Our first morning at breakfast, there was a incoherent old man in the room trying to engage guests in conversation, it was scary and disconcerting. The door to our room had significant gaps and I saw beatles (that looked like bedbugs) crawling right in. The room was shabby and run down, which I will show in the photos. This place is inexpensive, but it is terribly run down. There were people in the parking lot working on cars during the day, they appeared to be hotel residents. It was not pleasant at all. The pool was closed, the grounds were full of weeds and generally unkempt. Please don’t stay here - it is a dive.

Do not stay at this property. Staff and manager Marvin are rude and unprofessional. Not accommodating. NO POOL
