Robbins Motel

Is a bit old. It was clean. It was convient to Bar Harbor. 1/2 of the electrical outlet didn't work. The heat was a portable electric heater. Because of the high cost of the local area, this was a money saver.

All in all the property was fine. Great location and reasonable price.

Stay was ok, staff nice & friendly. Room really dated but clean & bare bones for amenities. Good value for price. Great location for Arcadia park & Seafood Dining.

The room was shabby and run down. The entrance door was broken and rotten. The lighting was poor and in bad condition. The decor was dated and in need of a full refurbishment. The shower head was missing. Only stay here if you have no choice, we arrived late to the area and took this as a last minute offer.

We booked knowing the property was outdated I was hoping that it would be clean at the minimum. I was shocked to see how clean it was! We stayed in the classic room and it was exactly like the picture. The bed was hard and the bathroom was small. It’s definitely a flash back to the 80s/90s. Paneling on the walls, pink shower and sink, stripe carpet, and that musty smell from the paneling. The room was CLEAN though! If you are looking for a good bargain (without the bugs) and can tolerate the bare minimum, you will be just fine!! The staff are friendly and accommodating as well!

Very dated but worked for a night, no fridge so we were reliant on the ice machine to keep our food cold which was empty. Otherwise it was good for the price

Was good enough to rest your head at night. No amenities.

Although the property is old, it’s very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. It’s well worth for the price.

I was grateful to get a cheaper room to stay near the park. Very clean. Room felt old but repaired well. Good space for dresser/closet. Wall heater ancient didn't work well but did make heat. Nice people. I had to walk to office to use microwave but that was OK, I saved money staying there. Nice chairs outside to sit at night& see the stars. My GPS took me miles away using their street address, but my phone map helped me get back.
