Ideal for an overnight stay seeing family in the town which is a 20 minute walk. The bedrooms were clean, modern and comfortable and the breakfast (included) was good The rate we paid was exceptionally good value and we will stay again

If you are after scenery and a cutesy country feel then it’s not for you

Nice modern pub and rooms.

I wouldn’t bother with breakfast as we’ve stayed twice and both times breakfast hasn’t been great.

Clean, functional

Soap and shampoo dispenser in a stupid place, breakfast a huge disappointment. You advertise crispy bacon, my bacon was limper than a damp sponge finger.

The sound insulation is incredible, I felt as if I were the only person there! Staff are all youngsters, but very professional and polite. The room was spacious.

No shower hose for those 'hard to reach' places we all possess.

Very clean. Location good for what we needed for the night. There's a pub next door which has very nice staff.

Uncomfortable beds and a pretty poor bathroom.

The turning off road was a bit hairy! But couldn’t fault the venue
