The staff was friendly and willing to help The bed comfy The place clean

Breakfast: Firstly, the establishment needs a cook, the gentleman tried but it was just too oily, bacon had no taste at all as if it's old and has been in the freezer for long. No variety on cereal. Room no.7, is a big room which will need a table, we can't place our meals/ snacks/ phones / laptop, ontop of a bar fridge. The bathroom down lights some were out not working, the bathroom is DARK. The whole place has no ash trays for smokers outside! Not even on the balcony. Wooden steps are a harzard a person can easily trip and fall. The wiFi just would not connect.

The overall look and atmosphere was good, Dudu was amazing and the staff are polite.

It was so disappointing to find out that the "Hot Tubs" / "Spa Baths" only look like jacuzzis. It really felt like manipulative and false advertising. The ads and online listings all state "Hot Tubs" this and that. When we got to our room, we immediately filled the "hot tub" and tried to turn it on - nothing happened. After putting in a request to be moved to a room where the "hot tub" actually works we were notified that - "All the hot tubs only function as baths". This was absolutely disgusting considering the only reason I booked was for a private "hot tub" experience. FALSE ADVERTISING at its best.
