The overall look and atmosphere was good, Dudu was amazing and the staff are polite.

It was so disappointing to find out that the "Hot Tubs" / "Spa Baths" only look like jacuzzis. It really felt like manipulative and false advertising. The ads and online listings all state "Hot Tubs" this and that. When we got to our room, we immediately filled the "hot tub" and tried to turn it on - nothing happened. After putting in a request to be moved to a room where the "hot tub" actually works we were notified that - "All the hot tubs only function as baths". This was absolutely disgusting considering the only reason I booked was for a private "hot tub" experience. FALSE ADVERTISING at its best.

The property is situated correctly

You don’t have gate remote but had to insist for one ! Had to plug kettle under the table of kitchen let , had to go n ask for good coffee n iron , no iron board In room, ceiling got water marks , no soap holder in shower even towel holders no maths on sides of bed only three hangers in wardrobe electric DB exposed inside wardrobe ! Online looks perfect but not really( the room but the sitting n dining room are good) . Online said 1 available but there were plenty available
