Nothing - property and rooms not like the pictures on the Booking.com app. The rating does not relate to the actual facility.

The property is very dilapidated and in need of maintenance. No desk in the room. Kettle on the floor, had to unplug the fridge to use it. No milk supplied. Room nothing like the pictures. Lights not working. Breakfast only from 08:00 - not suitable for a business trip. I could not get an invoice.

The reception was great and the room that we were given had a great view. The staff was professional

The staff is very friendly, very helpful and welcoming

The WiFi connection, we couldn’t even watch anything on the tv. The switched hot/cold water tap, I spent close to 15 minutes with the tap running thinking there’s no hot water but the moment I moved the tap from the hot side to the cold.

I have like that it is self catering

Breakfast: Firstly, the establishment needs a cook, the gentleman tried but it was just too oily, bacon had no taste at all as if it's old and has been in the freezer for long. No variety on cereal. Room no.7, is a big room which will need a table, we can't place our meals/ snacks/ phones / laptop, ontop of a bar fridge. The bathroom down lights some were out not working, the bathroom is DARK. The whole place has no ash trays for smokers outside! Not even on the balcony. Wooden steps are a harzard a person can easily trip and fall. The wiFi just would not connect.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming, it felt like home
