Market Place

The apartment was nice and clean and conveniently located. Not right in the center of town , but close enough; walking between 5-10 mins could get you to most places. The Host was very responsive to our requests and questions. It was a good size for the 3 of us as we required individual rooms and there were 3 rooms. View of the ocean was nice

The description was a little misleading. It stated 2 bathrooms, when in actual fact it's only 1 1/2. It also stated washing machine is located in the kitchen, but it was in the garage and shared among all tenants in the building. That was slightly inconvenient, but not a major issue. The apartment has a balcony facing the ocean. We would have liked to be able to sit outside, but we were not able to open the balcony sliding doors. The Host had sent maintenance to fix, but we never was able to open the doors. Perhaps we didn't have the strength. A bit of a shame, but again, not major.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well presented. Good correspondence from the owners. The parking, due to to its location, was essential. Location excellent and a short walk into town. Good air-conditioning and comfortable throughout.

The outside back garden could do with some TLC and upgrade.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und hat eine Tiefgarage.

Es ist super, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, sein Auto in der Tiefgarage zu parken, da die Parksituation in Ponta Delgada herausfordernd ist. Die Tiefgarage ist allerdings sehr eng. Lieber ein kleines Auto buchen. Das Bad hat keine gute Lüftung und der Balkon könnte etwas schönere Möbel und eine Reinigung vertragen.

Schöne helle wohnung mit grosser Terrasse. Einstellhalle ist zwar eng reinzufahren, aber toll gibt es sie.
