"Exceptional Service"

This was our second stay at Barcelo. I enjoyed both stays with my family. The hotel is very nice. The room had a great view of the volcano and was cleaned well daily. The large shower head felt like a massage which was great. Where this hotel excels in my opinion, is their attention to detail and the friendly, attentive staff. During breakfast, all staff were friendly, attentive and Nolberto who is part of the breakfast staff, was just beyond helpful and made you feel “at home”. Simply very satisfied with the stay.

Comfortable and clean beds and pillows, good temperature with the air conditioner, breakfast was excellent with great variety to start the Day- The gym was nice with plenty of weights, the bathroom was very clean, laundry service was nice, and the Pool looked really clean but I didn't use it. The service Staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Great views out of the window.
