Barceló San Salvador

A fantastic hotel right in the heart of San Salvador. The level of service is outstanding—staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any request, with managers who genuinely care about the guest experience. The rooms are spacious, elegant and clean, with great views on the city. The breakfast is both delicious and incredibly generous, and enjoying it by the pool adds a special touch. The hotel also features a great bar and offers live music on many evenings, creating a lively atmosphere. There’s a private parking in the basement, with easy elevators to the lobby or directly to the rooms floor. An absolute must-stay when visiting the capital!

No probamos el desayuno pero el restaurante se ve muy bonito. todas las instalaciones estaban maravillosamente decoradas. tienen sauna piscina y jacuzzi todo el dia.

We didn't realize that there was brewed coffee for breakfast, because it wasn't offered to us. We saw the coffee machine and figured it was only that option available!

We enjoyed our stay at the Barcelo hotel in San Salvador. The location is fantastic and it's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms while a little dated are spacious and comfortable. We had access to the executive lounge and it was a fantastic perk for our family as we can stop in and get snacks throughout the day. I enjoyed the gym, there was enough equipment to complete my workouts and the wellness area was great for the post workout. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had several fresh options and great coffee to go. The pool was ok, we had little kids so they had to stay by the stairs the entire time since there is no shallow area. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure my boys had a great time. The one drawback was the keycard system was dated and you should be mindful to keep your hotel key away from your phone. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

overall it was a great stay, and we have stayed in many hotels. it was very good value for the money.

I highly recommend this hotel. It had a historical vibe. Very clean. The people were very nice. The food was delicious. The hospitality was amazing. I highly recommend.
