I agree with the negative reviews here. We were referred to the hotel after missing a connection on American Airlines at about 8 pm on a Sunday evening. Only after committing to stay at the hotel, front desk staff informed us that they would not send a shuttle, and to call a taxi or rideshare. After we arrived by rideshare, front desk staff said a shuttle would be available hourly through 8 am on Monday morning, and we said that we would let them know early the next morning whether we will take the 8 am shuttle. They abruptly canceled that shuttle the next morning, so we had to use a rideshare again. This was entirely inconsistent with our email hotel confirmation that clearly stated "Shuttle from 4:00 AM to 1:05 AM (local time)." Hotel management seems to require that stranded airline customers surrender their $12 meal vouchers for the breakfast, which is advertised as free on their website. The breakfast that morning was absolutely not worth $12, so it would have been better to spend the voucher elsewhere. There are many other hotels near DFW, so I suggest looking further if you have a choice.

They charged me extra $25 after i left. I was 150+ miles away by the time of that transaction because of that i couldn’t do anything about it.

It was as expected. A little dated. The elevator made strange noises. The hallway floor had some loose towels but overall a decent clean and affordable place to stay.

The lack of attention to the wear and tear of the place. Repair things before they become a problem.

Placed here by airline for missed flight. Confirmed that we would have a shuttle back to airport in morning. Shuttle didn’t show, no driver booked. Unacceptable to promise a service, that isn’t offered.

This Super 8 was given to us by American Airlines after they cancelled our flight home. The motel was dirty and they had no shuttle available regardless of giving on their website that it ran until 1am. The room given to us was already being lived in by the motel management. They were letting out rooms they were living in on the 3rd floor and when we refused to stay in them they put us up in another room with bed bugs. We couldn't sleep all night, first because of American Airline's antics with our flight schedule and then this motel booked by American Airlines with dirty lived in rooms and bedbugs. We were returning from Asia after a 20 hour flight, which had not tired us out this much, but American Airlines and this Super 8 did us in.
