The water park and the Sauna center was really good in general. The staff in reception and waterpark were really polite. Really good lounge beds in the yard.

When arriving to the room the room no towels provided (brought upon request). No kettle to make tea or instant coffee. No cleaning the room upon 3 night visit. I got towels changed from asking in the hallway from the cleaning lady. Also asked if the room could be cleaned but it never happened. The breakfast was really bad - eg. The eggs were from powder and the beans in tomato souce were hard etc. The breakfast hall was really dirty - there were young staff walking around but never picked up any dirty dishes from peoples tables. In waterpark outside area Saturday morning when trying to relax there was a maintainance guy with a trimmer - trimming the leaves between chairs with no regards of quests. In Sauna center big signs to use towels but not provided.

Huono aamiainen, henkilökunta tylyä, huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan 3 yön aikana. Huoneessa todella kova ääninen ilmastointi. Vesipuisto enemmän isommille.
