Veekeskus oli hea, rahvast oli vähe ning oli seetõttu ruumi.

Toa paigutus seekord sellisele korrusele, kus olid rõdult otsevaates väga lärmakad ventilatsioonitorud, mis kostusid ka tuppa. Veesurve oli dushil olematu. Personal oli napisõnaline ja ei jätnud üldse tunnet, et oleksime olnud oodatud 😔 ja oleme korduvad külastajad olnud!

breakfast was amazing and room was really nice! we had 3 rooms together and all 7 people had a wonderful Spa time there

It was not our family's first time there and we were very surprise about angry personnel and informed about that on the reception. It was 11:56 and without even knocking lady opened the door (622) and said in Russian '' You must be out, it's time or you will speak with an administrator'' .... Room 511 was lucky to have a normal staff without this kind of surprises... We do understand people from Ukraine maybe don't know English, but they must have a manner. To be honest we were in shock and just answered - we are coming... at 12:03 we were on the Reception. Really strange attitude.

Замечательный вид на море из номера. ( На берегу идёт стройка, немного портят вид краны) Местоположение отеля очень понравилось, с открытым балконом, ночью была тишина, а под утро звуки природы и пение птиц . Все компактно и понятно, что где находится. Номер уютный и просторный. При бронировании писала пожелания, все исполнили . Персонал всегда на связи и доброжелательный. Аквапарк работает с 10 утра до 21 вечера. С утра 6:30 работает спортзал и бассейн.

Для тех кто не владеет английским или эстонским, в общении могут возникнуть проблемы, но жестами тоже можно объясниться. Завтрак с 8-11. Для каждого будет чем заправиться с утра, но большого разнообразия не ждите.
