everything was lovely looking from outside chalets look tired but inside are beautiful and clean beds pillows very comfortable x home from home great for our selfs and dog

outside chalet first imprision a let down just needs some tlc weeding and window ledges

Cockroach in chalet and when speaking to staff she was rude unhelpful . Didn’t help reassure or send someone over as she said she was . Just nothing from anyone to acknowledge or reassure us in anyway

Pool is beautiful

Check in staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Reception staff and spa manager all gossiping at reception desk, made to feel unwelcome. Would not return here if you want an actually relaxing judgement free, professional hotel stay and Spa, look elsewhere.

The location was excellent close to the beach. The first room had a leaky kitchen tap, I was moved without any fuss to another room. Excellent customer service, the receptionists couldn't have been more helpful.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Chalet not very clean,front door rattled really bad through the night struggled to sleep crumbs under the toaster stains on the mirror in living room.

Location was great. Beds very comfy Towels and toiletries all good quality. Good selection of kitchen utensils and glasses and crockery all very nice.

The outside appearance is scruffy and could do with a lick of paint, just a small amount of work on windows and doors would make a great improvement.
