Beaches Chalets

Nice location and good value. Was good having beaches hotel so close and use of facilities.

Floors in chalet could have been a bit cleaner.

We had broken window un kitchen and bathroom was feeezing windows were disgusting could see out kitchen one at all not enough utensils for cooking

The staff we're lovely. Place was right on the beach. Lovely relaxing walks.

Beautiful place peaceful and family friendly

The whole thing about the chalet cleanliness and comfort we will be returning in the future.

Piece and quite no one disturbing us.

We were self catering. Excellent location.

There was no colander. only one large knife for cutting, adding a paring knife would help. According to the advert we understood that toiletries would be supplied. Were surprised to find that the shampoo and shower gel were only a welcome pack, (Premier Inn who I would put in a lower category than the chalets supply unlimited tea and coffee along with a large supply of shower gel and shampoo).

The use of the indoor pool saved the holiday

Firstly stressed as reception told me they couldn't find our booking. Then after two days I emptied the bin in the kitchen as I had two grandchildren with me so nappy's ect...told reception who told me to leave in side chalet to no avail a day later still there. Was there 4 days not got asked if I needed clean towels. Absolutely no drawers to put things away. Bed so uncomfortable. No instructions for Microwave or Hotplate went to reception again as needed hotplate for 2yr dinner. The lady was not helpful at all told me are you using the right pans I told her using the ones you provided!!!!
