Exceptional Customer Service That Sets the Standard From the moment I made my booking through Booking.com, this hotel demonstrated a clear commitment to outstanding customer service. I reached out with a special request prior to arrival, and the team responded promptly and helpfully via email—actioning everything without delay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Thomas, who made check-in seamless and kept us informed about when our room would be ready. Impressively, he managed to have our room prepared ahead of schedule, which was a wonderful start to our stay. As we were in town to see two musical theatre production - The Book of Mormon and MJ the Musical. I had called ahead to ask if we could reserve a table for a quick meal between shows. Thomas thoughtfully arranged a pre-order for us, ensuring we wouldn’t have to wait. The menu is compact but includes pizza, which was ideal for a quick bite. His attention to detail throughout was truly commendable. The room itself was compact but well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the meal didn’t quite match the high standard of service. The pizza was dry and lacked presentation, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent experience. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel albeit with city-level pricing and with some refinement to the dining options, I would have happily given a five-star rating instead of four. At checkout, Thomas once again impressed with his professionalism. He asked about our stay, listened to our feedback regarding the meal, and assured us he would pass it along to the kitchen team. He also kindly offered a small discount on the meal, which was much appreciated.

Very happy with my stay and will stay again

This hotel must have been self rated. Cramped, basic with absence of even face tissues in bathroom! Four star it ain’t. All done by a card at entry. No human contact apart from hello and farewell! Very handy for electric rail but a lot of unfortunate rough sleepers. Great for Capitol theatre! If you want cramped, almost contactless this is the place for you!

Simple hotel but good location close to shops and theatre

Great location. Close to Central Station and tram. Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Met with friendly reception. Entrance is on Campbell Street. Lots of great eateries around, close to Chinatown and Thaitown.

The hotel is located ideally around major attractions and transportation. The place seems small from the main entrance but big inside. The room is huge and has a large bathroom. Staffs are ready to help. The free breakfast is same in our 4 day visit that’s needs to level up with other hotels in the area. The price is budget friendly, and there are many food selections nearby. The smell in the main entrance is weird and not soothing. Overall, highly recommended for all travellers to Sydney!

I like that the reception is 24/ 7 and Alex was very friendly. the only thing that I believe could improve is the housekeeping (could be understaffed).

Perfect location with comfortable bed! Warm and helpful front desk staffs.
