"A very pleasant stay in the heart of federal period Newport"

I loved the location. It’s nice to see the retro fit of a small hotel in the former mill. I loved being on the deck of my room. Also the public upstairs deck is nice.

I could tell that a few things are showing wear. The curtain over my sliding glass door had holes in it; visible when the sun was shining through.

Wonderful stay! A wonderful breakfast was delivered to our room daily, the hotel was very walkable to all of the downtown areas (which is huge since parking in Newport is a nightmare), and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Wonderful property. Easy walking distance to Bowen’s Wharf or Bellevue Avenue. Friendly staff and special little touches to make your stay extremely comfortable. High recommend the Mill Street Inn for anyone looking to enjoy Newport!
