La piscina aunque es pequeña, el agua es tibia, y el servicio en esa área es excelente!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was extremely slow and disorganized, which set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself is very outdated—the rooms feel like they’re stuck in the 1980s and clearly have not been maintained to a modern standard. The biggest issue was that our room had no working air conditioning. After someone came up and “looked” at it, nothing was actually fixed. We were then told there were no other rooms available in our category, which was hard to believe given that the hotel did not appear busy during a midweek stay. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower door wouldn’t close, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor, and the shower head didn’t function properly either. Jovita at the front desk was especially unhelpful and rude. She made a show of looking for a manager, only to return and tell us there was nothing they could do. That level of service is unacceptable. If I’m paying for a room advertised with air conditioning, I expect it to work. The room temperature was sitting at 25°C (77°F), and the only solution offered was an OLD DIRTY barely working fan that did little to help. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here—beware.

A localização é boa para quem deseja estar proximo ao centro historico.

Infelizmente alugaram o salão para uma festa o qual não habia a menor estrutura para abafar o som O quarto, além do barulho, chegava a vibrar com o som o que tornou impossivel dormir naquela noite. Mesmo reclamando não ofereceram qualquer compensação pela terrivel noite. Apesar de bom custo/beneficio, não vale o incomodo de passar a noite em claro.

Está bien ubicado y es muy fácil acceder a los lugares de interés.

Que no tenian café y té en la habitación

Buena ubicación.
