"Mucho por mejorar"

Me encanto la disposición de los botones de todo el personal fueron los mas amables.

La actitud de las de recepción si no les hablas ni te pelan y no te dan indicaciones de nada, las almohadas muy incómodas no pude dormir con ellas.

Que la puerta del cuarto no llegaba hasta el suelo, las cortinas no cubrían completamente la ventana y nos despertó el Sol, considerando el costo hay mejores hoteles en la ciudad de México, lo único que destaca del hotel es su alberca, pero no está tan grande como parece en las fotos.

"Cumplió lo básico pero puede mejorar"

Está en muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable y atento, buena comida en el restaurante y buen servicio.

Las instalaciones están muy antiguas, el piso de la habitación estaba hundido y la ducha desarmada. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones por movimientos de puertas viejas y eso no me permitió descansar.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, super limpias y cómodas, todo el personal es muy atento siempre estan al pendiente

En el área de la alberca no hay una persona fija que atienda pedidos de restaurante ni peticiones relacionadas con la amenidad
