SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western AC LUXE Angeles City

location is good

It's a go-to place to stay for me and indeed a "sure stay". This is my 2nd booking and this time, I brought my family with me. We got upgraded for free so it was a happy perk! Staff were responsive with anything we needed. I accidentally got their 3-pin adaptor when we checked out and reported it immediately - honest mistake, I thought it was my one as I brought the same and they waived it no questions asked. They will not compromise the guest's convenience.

Perhaps, the pool is too open and near the reception area and is literally in the lobby so it was uncomfortable to swim

Clean and tidy, staff especially the lady guard very friendly and cheerful. Helped everyone enter the hotel.

Noise, can hear the in the room. A lot of bystanders outside the hotel.

Clean and big room.

No toothbrush and slippers in the room. During check out they ask about the crack on the glass which stay on the sink in the bathroom which we haven't use.
