SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western AC LUXE Angeles City

The staff are Amazing. They really made my stay wonderful. Everyone from the front desk crew, security, and maintenance/house keeping always said hello and inquired if I needed anything every time they saw me. The rooms are great. I had a small hiccup in my room the my last night with Aircon leaking. They upgraded my room immediately upon letting them know and helped me move my belongings. Fortunately, I was 80% packed. If had any issues or questions they handled them immediately. I did not eat at the restaurant or use the swimming pool. I saw plenty of guests who did. I stayed for 1 week and would stay here again given the opportunity. I put the same review on maps

Vriendelijkheid was top , eten was verschrikkelijk in die zin dan mijn zoon een voedsel vergifteging heeft opgelopen , dat gebeurt als je rauwe kip krijgt en het heeft mij 200€ hospitaal gekost

The staff are always friendly. Hotel is very clean and tidy The staff make your stay very pleasant very central for all malls and Amenities Only down side is room internet is not to strong

It was convenient for me, given the reason I was there. Its vibe, ambiance, and customer service were on point, at least for the one night stay. I'd stay there again.

Near red light district, limited parking. All else are good.
