Pas de petit déjeuner proposé pour notre séjour. Petit déjeuner fait à l'extérieur dans un merveilleux petit coffee shop dans le centre de Downtown à 300 mètres de l'hôtel (en direction de Falls Park) Un prix de la nuit au dessus de la moyenne de notre périple. Attention au parking, avec peu de place. Possibilité de stationner dans la rue avec des parcmètres et des horaires à respecter sous peine de verbalisation !!!!

The property was very historical. The room felt like you were living in a little piece of the past. Loved the velvet furniture.

Just a little loud being on the street side. There was many bikers going up and down later in the evening.

We really enjoy that the location is within walking distance from so many places to visit. We love the uniqueness of the building and the historic feel to it and the decor! The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Our peaceful morning being disrupted with a false fire alarm and running outside in pjs. 😀

The Hotel on Phillips is an upscale boutique hotel in downtown Sioux Falls. The hotel was formerly a bank and has been nicely renovated. They even incorporated the massive steel vault door and the tellers cage into the decor. We chose the hotel because of its location. We wanted to do the Sculpture Walk and most of the sculptures were located on Phillips Avenue. It was also a very short drive to Falls Park. We had a queen room (#904) with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The decor was very nice. The room was very clean. I just wish they had a full-length mirror. We had a city view. Some rooms have a river view. We had a problem with the refrigerator and someone was dispatched to our room immediately. The response time was great and the problem was resolved quickly. The hotel doesn’t offer a complimentary breakfast, but there is a cafe on-site (behind the tellers cages) that sells coffee and pastries. There are several breakfast restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a restaurant on-site, the Treasury, for afternoon cocktails and dinner. The restaurant is located in the old bank vault and the entrance is through the vault door. There are a limited number of free parking stalls on the side of the hotel. If the lot is full, garage parking is available for a very reasonable fee of $15. Tip: arrive by mid-afternoon to get free parking. The lot fills up by later afternoon / evening. Stay at Hotel on Phillips for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location is fantastic. A very comfortable stay. Parking is less than optimal but valet is super affordable and totally worth it.
