"Great place clean well kept and felt safe"

Clean and very close to shopping and food

Hear to many noises from walking or TV threw the wall and water pressure low in the sink and toilet. Advertised Starbucks but employees didn’t know how to make them.

"Go somewhere else....lots of problems."

Hotel had no running water at check in, lobby toilet had overlowed in ladies bathroom all over the floor. Strong odor at elevators, large stains on sofa cushions in room and their system had a glitch showing us checked out a day early and 2 different cleaning ladies walked in on my Son getting ready in his underwear. Hotel has many issues, witnessed multiple complaints at front desk. Nothing was offered for the terrible experience.

I like everything the location was great close to restaurants an shopping also safe. The entire staff was excellent. They made sure all of my needs were meet along with other guest staying there. Definitely recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Huntsville Al

Not having Microwaves in Hotel room but I guess that's part of Hyatt Hotels brand.
