Lovely location of apartment for where I needed to be, super clean and tidy

The apartment was clean and lovely and warm. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area had a good amount of cups crockery and glasses and good sharp knives.

First of all, I was given a different apartment 9 days without hovering, no brush or mop. NO EXTRACTOR FAN, the heater was not working. I was given a replacement heater. The kitchen sink water goes cold in December! Tiny little dirty place. Rude owners, No bins outside to place rubbish. No rubbish bags, tea, coffee bags, nothing. Very overpriced, I said. Many thanks for bringing me a small heater, and no apologetic reply for leaving me freezing. Windows facing a dodgy Ali way with junkies screaming all night doing drugs.

Good location, lovely view of the tower from our room. Had cleaning supplies and some tea and coffee which was handy. Bathroom nice and clean and cleaning supplies left also

Very, very strong smell of weed when entering the room and throughout our stay. Bedding for the sofa bed in the wardrobe was dirty, smelled of strong aftershave and had blood spots on it from previous guest. WiFi password didn’t work. Radiator fell off the wall at one point during the night so could do with fixing onto the wall

The bathroom door didnt close , handle was broken do was difficult to even close it over

Added extras....shampoo, coffee, Big space Handy to facilitates Easy to speak to hosts 2 shower rooms/toilets Clean as far as a cleaner could do but could do with a total freshen up of paint. Quiet Family friendly Near to car park

"luxury" apartments but a little rough around the edges ....they were obviously done to a high standard initially but could do with a touch up of paint, new blinds, new seals around bath and shower, deep clean of sofa and bedrooms were a lot more basic than the pictures on the internet (mouldy blinds. No finishing touches). Outside is nothing like the picture....road side appeal definitely needs attention....rough paint work, rubbish and weeds!
