Trying to communicate was a nightmare. Eventually, I got to speak to Peter and I got into the flat. Before I thought I was being scammed and was vert unhappy. You really must sort out your communications.

Great location.

Property is in a brilliant location. Right next door to the winter gardens/tower etc. Lots of nearby car parks, shops, bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and book again. Check in/out was very straightforward with good communication from the host.

Ideal location, walking distance to the tower and the beach is less than a 5 min walk,

As a group of 6, 2 adults 4 kids we initially read about the bunk beds and a king size bed and a sofa bed being available, upon arrival it was clear pretty fast there was no king size it was just a standard double bed, so we unfortunately resorted to the sofabed. Which in all honesty done the job, wasn't 100% comfy as you can feel the bars and there was stains on it, there wasn't any tea, coffee milk etc available, a bit run down, paintwork a bit shabby as you can tell it used to be at a high standard, a cupboard was also broken on arrival which we notified the landlord about straight away, the shower and baths don't sustain hot water, you can get maybe one hot bath out of it and it goes cold so the kids were having to take turns having cold showers over a 4 night stay, we also weren't made aware of the £100 cleaning fee which would be held as pending until we actually made the booking either so it's left us being on edge constantly with the kids when we've been in the apartment as we don't want to loose out on more money, all in all, it was very very overpriced £479 for a 4 night stay wasnt worth it for us and so we won't be back. We did ask for an additional night stay but unfortunately they couldn't provide it as they had a group of 7 coming in on the Friday. Really really disappointed as this looked like a decent stay for all of us.
