This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the entire facility, to the breakfast

If I had to mention anything, I wish there had been two chairs in the hotel room.

When I made my reservation, I was asked if I had preferences - I asked for a lower floor room near an elevator. I was given a room on the top floor farthest from the elevator. The room had no microwave and the sink and tub were slow to drain. The staff on the other hand were courteous and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the proximity to downtown Cleveland was an easy drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels. Our only complaint was that we heard the people in the rooms next to us and above us. Nothing horrible, but more foot steps, mumbled talking and bumping noises than at other hotels we have stayed at. The shower was a nice size with good water pressure and large sliding glass doors that mostly kept the water in the shower. A decent amount of counter space and good lighting. There was a nightlight in the bathroom which was a great touch. There was plenty of free parking and the complimentary breakfast was as expected. We were staying in a room on the first floor and could barely smell the scent of breakfast in our room. Overall, we would stay here again.

No exhaust fan in bathroom and no microwave in room.

Staff was excellent. She was very kind and nice when we came for early check in. That helped us a lot to rest after driving long time. Thank you
