Stayed here on the way to Cleveland Clinic. Great breakfast - lots of options, clean, good stay. I would stay here again.

"Good location, quiet"

I have stayed here many times as the location is close to a work meeting. It's a quiet location. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but fine and varies a bit day to day. The Wifi worked very well for my laptop but not on my iPhone - not sure why. The bed was comfortable with good bedding.

The room was generally clean. But I noticed that the bedside table shelf was sticky. When I wiped it with damp tissues, the tissues were black. And the windows were hard to see through.

booked this hotel because of the pool because was with granddaughter, pool was closed. staff told us to call a sister hotel that would transfer in front of granddaughter. sister hotel wouldn't transfer, very disappointed granddaughter

Staff is amazing… got stuck in the elevator but the guy on Friday fixed it.. easy parking close to my room.. i highly recommend this place to anyone
