Quality Inn Longmont

The location was ok for what we needed for our stay.

The bed was horrible and felt broken. It felt like if you moved in the wrong way you would sink into the middle of it.

Quiet and comfy, surprisingly so. Clean and tidy room and nearly too many TV channels to choose from. Breakfast was great.

I was a little put off by the location, and the receptionist behind glass which made me feel unsafe about the area, but everything was fine. Hotel is between a gas station and a waffle house, and the parking lot is in poor repair. Every fixture was loose, from the sink faucet to the tub faucet and shower head. There was poorly repaired water damage above the toilet. The door knob for the bathroom was loose as well. There was a large gap in the main door to the hall letting air and light through. The lock did not feel like it completely engaged. Alarm clock power outlets were not operating.

Staff was decent

Shady location, outdated, smelled like bleach. Didn't feel safe traveling with kids.

Well for one the staff were really rude. Second of all the pool states that it's open until 10.. when we were told the room keys don't work for the pool the person told us our girls were only able to swim until 8 and mind you it was 748.. then the staff who made breakfast were super rude as well. Putting your elbow into someone's side and not using words to say excuse me is crazy to me because my 5 year old doesn't even do that. Snapping at customers and communication is poor. The sheets in the room we were in had blood stains on them and they smelt gross as if the last customer stayed and they remade the bed with the same sheets... Disgusting.

I can't tell you anything about this property scenes.How I wasn't allowed to access the room , my child , my grandson and I were turned away because I didn't have my driver's license and we had nowhere else to stay

I feel that this is not adequate.I'm being charged for a room that I didn't get.I was there to accept the room but I'm kind of glad I didn't get it because of the place where it was located.It's not a good place. I feel I deserve a refund
