A beautiful traditional building with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Stunning apartment, with an extremely helpful and friendly owner. We loved our stay here, highly recommended.

The house is situated super close to the city center, right next to a supermarket. Storage for Ski/Snowboard & boots is available. The Appartment we had was exceptional, super clean and had the classic Austrian feeling while offering new appliances. Verena is a super friendly host, always up for chatting and has very valuable (and local) tipps! We will surely be back soon!

The apartment is in a great location and only a 7 or 8 minute walk from the main gondola and there is ski storage and a heated boot room. The ski bus practically passes by the villa so there are options to head to different areas too. There is a Billa supermarket literally around the corner from the apartment and local restaurants and bars in very close proximity. The apartment was spacious with two large doubles and a smaller twin room alongside two bathrooms, living and kitchen space. Our host, Verena was absolutely fantastic. So much information and so many recommendations were provided and Verena was so helpful, throughout our holiday. The welcome Schnapps was a very lovely surprise. Thank you Verena for a wonderful stay, we honestly can't recommend this apartment and you highly enough. :)

The perfect Austrian apartment. And Verena is a wonderful host. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook each day. We could safely leave our skis and boots at the entrance. There was 2 bathrooms which was perfect for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. Located just around the corner from the Billa which made shopping for food very easy. A 10 min walk from the station mainly downhill through the Centre of town. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Our recent two-week stay in Kitzbühel was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm excited to share our experience with fellow travelers. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice, largely thanks to the excellent apartment and our extraordinary host, Verena. Location: The apartment's location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Kitzbühel, it offers easy access to everything you might need or want to explore. A Billa supermarket is conveniently located right below the apartment, perfect for quick grocery runs. For those who prefer a bit more variety, Hofer is just a 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive away. What truly sets this location apart is its proximity to the town's vibrant dining and social scene. Within a 10-minute walk radius, you'll find an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. This made our stay incredibly convenient, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture without the need for constant transportation. For hiking enthusiasts like us, the summer season was a dream. Numerous hiking trails are accessible directly from the apartment, eliminating the need to drive to trailheads. This accessibility to nature, combined with the urban conveniences, creates a perfect balance for any type of traveler. Host: Verena, our host, deserves special recognition. Her hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. Upon arrival, she provided a personalized, one-on-one introduction to the area, sharing insider tips and recommendations that proved invaluable throughout our stay. Her responsiveness was impressive - any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Accommodation: We initially booked a 1.5-bedroom apartment, but due to some changes in bookings, Verena graciously upgraded us to a larger apartment at no additional cost.

Honestly, it's challenging to find anything we didn't like about our stay. The apartment and overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If we had to mention something, it would be that our two-week visit felt too short! We found ourselves wishing we had booked a longer stay to further explore the beautiful surroundings of Kitzbühel and enjoy more of Verena's exceptional hospitality. Additionally, while our summer stay was wonderful, it left us curious about the winter experience in Kitzbühel. This isn't a negative point, but rather a reason for us to plan another visit during ski season to fully appreciate the area's year-round charm. These minor points only serve to emphasize how exceptional our overall experience was, reinforcing our desire to return and our strong recommendation to other travelers. In essence, our only regret is not having more time to spend in this delightful setting.
