Great position & lovely appartment. Perfect for our week in Kitzbuhel

Verena was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She met us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful advice. She allowed us to use the apartment upstairs so we had more room which was so lovely of her. The apartment was spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen. The decor is traditional ski chalet which was really lovely. 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet was great. The location is excellent. 2 minute walk to the centre, next to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the main ski lift.

We were allowed early checkin at short notice, which was most helpful and kind.

Excellent little apartment with everything you need. Plus a lovely supermarket right next door with fresh food and veggies. It’s right in the Center of the town and is only five minutes walk to the main ski lift.

Very nice host took her time to show us around the apartment. And showed where everything was in the town. Nice and clean apartment with everything you need.

Warm Welcome, great location, cosy traditional family run Austrian apartment, comfy beds, ski storage, and parking around the back of the apartment block. Easy walking distance to the mains ski lift (we stored our skis & boots at the lift station in the Intersport Lockers). Plus mountain views from balcony. Highly recommended!

Leaving..

The apartment is very well located, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and the ski lifts. Has everything you'd need and pleasantly decorated in traditional style. Varena was extremely friendly and accommodating, we were able to check in early. Also great value for money compared to many places we locked at in Kitzbuhel. Very nice to get a bottle of Schnapps too!

Nothing. Worth being aware that there's no lift though if people find stairs difficult though there are only 2 floors above with apartments.
