The room was clean but out of date by a while. The clerk was great and useful. I had reserved the wrong night and she had room and helped along with Booking to get my room cancelation fee waived and cost to the right night. The so called breakfast wasnt worth taking but coffee was available.

Hot water did not work in room went to front desk the next morning after checking in. And problem was not resolved until Tuesday with a move to a different room was told Mai would be there Tuesday morning did not show up until afternoon 3pm. I work overnight and literally stayed up waiting for an issue that was ultimately not resolved

The linens had gross brown stains, the chair was very dirty. It took forever to get any hot water.
