Day desk clerk they are nice and Bob night clerk he was very good. But, the black night clerk, she was very rude and not polite. I had to clean the room when I checked in because it was very clean and showed the rag to Bob. Also, the smoking area I had asked for a broom so that I could get that clean up. Bob stated that he would have maintenance to come in and help out with that. Having breakfast in the morning was good.

The black night clerk was rudely, the room wasn't clean, and smoking areas weren't clean. Also, some of the guests were weird. I didn't like that I had to pay $50.00 Twice and when I requested extra towels Bob said that he had to come to the room and count what towels I had inside the room because if not I would be charged. Housekeeping when she cleaned the room, she didn't leave toilet paper, so I had brought my own. I went to take a shower, and there was no hot water, and no warning was given to let us know that they were working on it.

Rooms were neat and clean. Beds were comfy. Bath had nice, hot water. TV had plenty of channels. Parking was straightforward. Staff was nice, friendly, and efficient. Some of the outlets were unusable and one showed sparks. Would've liked to see some protein for breakfast.

Haven't had the breakfast yet but a $50 deposit is insane this is not an awesome hotel not even a great one and staff was rude and short with me in conversation. Jus being a little polite could have made it a little better but when you are talking to someone that acts like your on their nerves, don't even waste your money with them because they dont respect your money hopefully the breakfast will change my mind on something. We shall see!
