Parking was the worst. I had to pay $50 per day to park at the garage across the street because there was no other parking.

ワイキキの中心部で、ABCストアやCVSドラッグストアなど、24時間開いているお店が多く、買い物には困らなかった。ビーチにも近く、水着のまま行き来できる距離で快適だった。ロイヤルハワイアンセンターまで数分なのも便利だった。ホテルのプールは小さいものの、軽く泳ぐには十分だった。WiFiも常に繋がっていた。ハワイの滞在を楽しむリゾートホテルでは無く、ホテルは寝るだけと割り切った旅行には適している。

建物は古く、キッチンやシャワー・トイレなども綺麗ではない。アリなどが部屋にしばしば出現する…。シーツやリネンなどは清潔だったので、古さが気にならない人には問題ない範囲だとは思う。

The location of this property is very good, close to the main Waikiki strip, beaches, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for getting around on foot.

This property was genuinely unacceptable. The room had visible black mould, which is a serious health concern, not just a cosmetic issue. The pool was in such poor condition that it wasn’t usable, and overall cleanliness throughout the property was well below any reasonable standard. Basic housekeeping wasn’t done properly — we had to call cleaners back multiple times just to get the room to an acceptable level. The staff were not helpful and didn’t appear to have any clear process for handling complaints. Issues were raised and effectively went nowhere. To make matters worse, when we escalated the complaint through Booking.com, there was no response at all, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. The location is the only redeeming feature — everything else fell far short of expectations.
