Balcone su Otranto

The location of the property is by the beach and one minute walk from historical center. The property has got fully equipped kitchen and little terrace with old town view and also rooftop with the stoning view over the sea . There is cleaning service on a daily basis so the place is super clean, comfortable and superb location.

No criticism

The host Luigi was very friendly and helpful. I travelled with my 15 year old son and the host invited me to call him if I needed anything during my stay. The room was spacious with a sea view. The lodging is close to the historic centre and bars/ shops and also the sea making it a perfect location. I would recommend this accommodation highly.

Beautiful appartment, close to the city center and to the beach, breakfasts at the very nice bar. Very kind and hospitable owners.

The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). Breakfast is provided by a cafe down the street as is WiFi. The heat did not work upon our arrival and although repairs were attempted, the heat went out in the middle of the night and did not come back on until about 6am. The host did not respond to any queries prior to our trip but I did receive an email the morning of our arrival which started out saying "As we agreed..." There was no contact prior to our check-in day and I hadn't agreed to provide an approximate time of our arrival.
