Waves at Surfside

What a fabulous beachside apartment, such a marvellous time was had here and we found the facilities great. We swam, walked the beautiful beach & enjoyed breakfast every morning looking out over the sea. Waves is well landscaped & very attractive & the staff were so helpful and charming. Everything beautifully cared for. The restaurant down the beach was perfect for lunch/drinks and many hours were spent there enjoying the tropical vibe. It was much appreciated that our flight changes were accommodated by the excellent staff at the front desk. We used the convenient buses that pass the gate every few minutes to get into town & ate out mostly in the excellent restaurants around Port Vila. We also bought and bbq’d amazing lobster here. This place is a dream! 🌴

Could not be closer to the ocean; right on the doorstep. slept with the sound of waves each night - lovely. Unfortunate for the business, but lovely for us, there was no other evident guests so very quiet.

One or two of the shutters were in need of repair which caused the wind to make a loud whistling noise, particularly at night.

Direct beach access and p ivate pool and the rooms were good size and staff so helpful

Locals were amazing. Staff fantastic and the villa was exceptional. Having a private pool plus being right on the ocean was great.

The property looked nice from the outside but not from the inside. Pool was dirty. Sheets dont get cleaned everyday. Place didnt smell good. Very loud at night due to the waves, felt like the roof was gonna fly off. Kept us up all night. Air conditioning didnt work in muggy hot weather. Big cockroaches everywhere. No room service. Location was ok. Overall not worth the price paid.

Very helpful staff who went above and beyond the call of duty. All of the team were very welcoming and friendly, particularly Katia and Veronica. We were extremely grateful for Ismael's and Oppy's assistance on our departure at 4.30am on Sunday. Our booked and confirmed transport to the airport did not arrive. Ismael noticed our concern and called on Oppy to deliver us safely and on time to the airport. We can't thank them enough.

We (family of 6 with 4 young children aged 3 to 7) stayed for 2 weeks & it was amazing! Katia & her team were fabulous. We've travelled to Vanuatu several times now and can say that we've finally found the perfect location for our family. Private, spacious accommodation with stunning ocean in front, private pool in the back & cruisy/friendly local cava bar literally across the road. Only 10mins drive out of 'town' & walking distance to local shops & other resorts with bars & restaurants... just perfect!

Only the things you start to notice after staying somewhere for as long as we did (2 weeks) some of the property (showers & kitchen) are looking a little tired & in need of some TLC - but everything worked fine & more than met our expectations.

Staff were friendly and helpful. House was spacious, clean and well equipped. Great location ,magnificent views, close to resorts/restaurants. Great place to holiday
