Room maintenance should have been better, very stinky like someone had never been here from last one year ,, very poor quality. Nothing to say good about it !!

"Way below average but staff were great especially Bec"

Area did not feel safe as people were hanging around alleyway. Also carpark is at the end of this alleyway so we did not feel safe walking up to the accommodation which those people there.

Rooms lacked basic requirements example no soap and hot water took 10 minutes to arrive.

The location.

The room and property needs a complete makeover… plaster on the walls were coming off, the cabinet in the bathroom was broken…the door to the bathroom was broken… bed was very uncomfortable.. gave me back ache
