location good, beds comfortable

wifi disconnected, no hot water for shower, sink blocked! cant brush teeth night and morning!!

The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked okay. Tea and coffee was provided in the room.

I was not upset about the loud noise on Friday and saturday night. My issue is with the room. The bathroom had no door on it which meant the light was coming through all night. It appeared there was a screen on their previously (not a proper door) that had been ripped off and never replaced. This made it extremely difficult to get to sleep. Also the bathroom had a window that couldn’t be shut which meant cold air was coming in all weekend. I had to go buy extra blankets and a heated mattress just to keep warm. The shower had no hot water.

The staff and food were good.

Paint peeling on the ceiling. Desk in room was on lean , would collapse if used. Towel rail in room only holding on buy one screw. Air conditioning unit was very old and loud motor running , which made it very hard to get to sleep even using my ear plugs.
