Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria

Initially, we were given a room filled with construction materials. Then, in another room, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor. We reported all the shortcomings to the staff: the water in the toilet was constantly running, the flush tank was not working, there was no hot water in the shower when using the showerhead setting, and the cabinet door was falling off. But the promised repairman never showed up.

Breakfast

The Staff who assist me when I check-in, Rude, I ask to transfer me to other room because, the room carpet was wet, and I booked Kingsize Room, She told me, no other options, if you like transfer to other Hotel, its MIDNIGHT...Grrr. Elevator is very Slow, only one elevator is working, the hotel is old, need to upgrade, the Door where they put me in you need to push by your body otherwise, it will not open.

The pool wasn't open. The elevator's halfway The head boards falling apart with pieces all over the bed and the room was little as shit and the hot water wasn't hot.

Breakfast was good. However, they ran out of regular coffee right before cut-off and fresh coffee was not put out.

Facility too cold-lobby, restaurant area, and room. Could not warm room to comfortable temperature. Outlets and telephones didn’t function properly. Maintenance came by at approximately 10am, checkout was at 11am.

How cold it was in the hotel on the outside of the rooms of course .. couldn’t enjoy the facilities because it was so cold and uncomfortable and other guest was complaining on the elevator about the same thing .. Also I don’t like surprises , I like to know if my card is gonna be charged for something ….

Esta a una cuadra de la galleria.

No funciona la piscina, se está cayendo el techo, el elevador es super lento y solo funciona uno. El personal del desayuno es muy poco amable, si te levantas por otra cosa (es bufete), te quitan tu comida y la tiran. Te cobran 100 dolares por día "de deposito" que en realidad son adicionales al precio pues no los regresan. Yo tengo casi 15 días solicitando la aclaración y no contestan.
