Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria

The room was comfortable. The pullout couch bed was not bad. The evening snacks and breakfast were very nice. The Atrium was lovely.

Only one elevator worked. This was very inconvenient. The pool was unusable because the ceiling had fallen in. I was afraid to watch television or use the wifi because I didn't want to be charged. I was not aware of the $35 parking fee until check-in. I felt cheated because "free drinks" were included, but I don't drink, and even so, there was not a bartender, so I feel like I paid extra for a perk that wasn't really available.

The staff was very kind, the breakfast was fantastic. The faulty was very clean,rooms vet comfortable❤️

Good clean facilities good location.

One of two elevators broken leading to many delays. Pool out or order for months apparently and still showing pool in search . We Selected this hotel 100 pct over others due to having an indoor pool. Very very annoyed about lack of pool.

Property was very nice, Room was great with a separation of the living area and the bedroom. Area was quiet at night. I will booking this property again if I have to come back.

My only criticism is with the receptionists. Didn’t like the low professionalism of the staff. It was like the 2 members were working in a State Fair stand. When we were doing our check in. The agent was speaking on the phone with one of her “ BFF “ as the same time she was attending us. So she has to mute her phone all the time to give us some information, then unmute again and continue her conversation. Very skilled to doing that.. not doubt about it. Nice girl, but very unprofessional. Need some training there to elevate a bit the CS. Between all this. My ID was putting inside the pouch with the room keys without telling me and the pouch was giving to the my son that was in a different room. Of course when I get to the room i start looking for my ID. Back to the lobby. Ask for my Id .. no I gave it to you.. no you didn’t, yes, it inside the pouch with room keys, no it’s not.. Really…CS needs some training to elevate the standards.

LA RECEPCIONISTA PÉSIMA ACTITUD DE SERVICIO. LLEGAMOS ANTES DE LA HORA DEL CHECKIN Y NOS INFORMARON QUE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN NO ESTABA LISTA LO CUAL ERA ENTENDIBLE, PERO AL REGRESAR CASI A LAS 3 DE LA TARDE NOS INFORMARON LO MISMO, QUE NO TENIAN NUESTRA HABITTACIÓN CON DOS CAMAS QUE TENIA RESERVADA POR LO QUE OPTAMOS POR SOLICITAR UNA HABITACIÓN CON CAMA KIMG SIZE Y NO PUDIERON MOVERNOS AL SIGUIENTE DÍA. NOS ARGUMENMTARON QUE EL HOTEL ESTABA LLENO.

AC didn’t work in first room attendant came by and just opened the door and didn’t knock, then stated he fixed it, still didn’t work then we were moved to another room where the AC did work and we also found a cockroach. Pool is run down and the whole place is

I very like this hotel, and highly recommend to visit

My room was too noisy all night-long music due to a speaker located on the outside wall just underneath the window. I request the receptionist to make the sound smaller, but she replied that it is not my responsibility to fix it. Parking in the outside free area is too expensive as $44.15 every day.
