"Great, would stay here again if we are ever back in Houston"

Property is beautiful and well maintained and the location to downtown is awesome

Hot breakfast was only omelets. We are a family that doesn’t eat eggs. Luckily the staff gave us some bacon to go with our pancakes

The temperature of the hot water was barely above Luke warm. Happy hour was advertised as 5:30-7:30, but ended at 7:00. The front desk staff was never at the desk. Each time I went to the front desk I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out. I was charged twice and had to deal with the process of having the 2nd charge removed..

The hotel was nice and clean. I would have given a 10 out of 10 BUT they charge 35 dollars per night for parking! This is not specified during booking nor did they tell me this when checking in!

I think this is a ridiculous up charge that should be added up front to a room reservation and not hidden to appear you are getting a good deal on a room! I would not have disagreed on the charge if it was transparent. This makes me feel like I was made a fool of athis reason, reason, i would never stay again! BTW the charge is not added to the charge in check in, it is removed from the security deposit!

Room is Spacious

- I Booked a King Room, but they put me in the double bed, and the carpet is so wet near to toilet and halfway to bed, I ask to transfer room but staff told me You can go other Hotel is the only option..REALLY MIDNIGHT YOU WANT ME TO MOVE ANOTHER ROOM? So I just calm down, its okay I will stay same Room.

They don’t clean housekeepers are very rude. They were under renovation so elevators was very slow pool and Jacuzzi were down.
