Excelente hotel e custo benefício! Localização ótima, tranquilamente vai ao Centro caminhando! Funcionarios muito, mas muito atenciosos e disponíveis o tempo todo. Estrutura ótima. Banheiro ótimo e grande, por outro lado, quarto pequeno. Para um casal mais criança, ok. Ponto de melhoria: revisar cautelosamente toalhas, reposição shampoo etc quando da limpeza do quarto. Para nós faltaram todos os itens e causou um pequeno desconforto, mas NADA que desabone o hotel nem o atendimento recebido, apenas fica como registro para redobrarem a atenção no momento de realizar as arrumações dos quartos. Voltaremos em breve com certeza!!

Chegamos na quarta feira dia 19 com um grupo de amigos. Primeiramente que um do grupo ganhou um upgrade, o outro chocolates cartão de boas vindas e nós nada,não entendo a diferença, mas ok. Em seguida nosso quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo. Tenho um filho extremamente alergico. Fomos até a recepção para ver uma solução porém o hotel está cheio, deram a opção de troca mas iríamos perder outras coisas já compradas. Acertamos a troca das cortinas pra ficar mais fácil, foi feito porém não colocaram outra no lugar, conclusão as 6:00 da manhã meu quarto estava dia. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo e não volto mais pra essa rede de hotel. Solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro e me ofereceram cortesia no estacionamento. Brincadeira!!!

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Todos os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos, educados e solícitos. A limpeza do hotel é impecável! Estrutura nova, café da manhã bom. Atendeu as expectativas! Excelente localização!
