Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent dining recommendations.

Checked in and checked out 30 minutes later. If you wanted to stay in a small, very creepy hotel, this is the place for you. We left soon after checking in at 11:30pm and a 7 hour drive. As tired as we were, we weren't even going to spend a night. We left and rented a room at another hotel without even knowing if we would get our money back. The hotel did refund us for 2 days out of the 3. The hotel was like a scene from a horror movie.

Charming vintage hotel, central location, helpful staff

If you are not able to do stairs, please note that even the entrance is a full flight of stairs from the street, there is no elevator, but staff is very helpful with luggage

In the hotel listening, it shows a laundry facility in the amenities, and that was one of the reasons that I booked this hotel. However there was no onsite laundry facility at all. We had to do our laundry in a nearby Laundromat.

Excellent location and condition of rooms.

Isolation of the rooms are terrible. You hear everyone in the morning. Staff is very loudy. I woke up every morning at 8 because of the sound they make. A lot of insects in the room. It was disgusting,

When I looked at the advertisement of your hotel, I was also interested in many beautiful pictures, but when I checked in, I could not believe what you said on the website, it was completely wrong. The bedroom smelled musty, and the carpet was so dirty that I wanted to move to another room. And when I was changed to another room, it was the same. The smell of the carpet made me unable to breathe, so I had to walk outside until late at night, so tired that I went to the hotel to sleep and forget the unpleasant smells of the hotel. I was really dissatisfied and luckily for me, I only had 1 night at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Easy walk to art museums and hop on hop off bus. About a 40 minute walk to Notre Dame and Old Port. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
