Chateau Versailles

The first impression was great! Love the old style and feel. No elevator wasn't so great, but... A large room lower level. Noisy neighbors above and some outdoor noise but it could have been worse. Good breakfast that was included. Friendly, helpful staff.

Overall was good experience specially for the location. The hotel was clean and acceptable . The breakfast was poor in variety and quality! Cold boil egg ham cheese, plain bagels ... No fruit at all even apple or banana which is popular in other hotels

Breakfast was boring, but the staff are polite and responsive. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable.

excellent walkable location to Fine Arts Museum, many dining options, clubs, shopping and close to the great Montreal Botanical Garden by car. a cheaper option to valet parking was also available offsite in good proximity. room cleaning a problematic with getting sufficient bathroom supplies, but the cleaning was adequate.

We loved our stay here. We walked absolutely everywhere.. The staff were so friendly and helpful.. The room was very large and beautiful.

Large room - 2 queen beds. Comfy beds. No view as our room backed onto laneway of homes. AC did not work well even though we asked for staff to come look into it. Staff was friendly and even shared free parking options in the area instead of paying for Valet. Good breakfast. Rooms/hotel is older and a bit run down.

Our room was small, overlooking the front of the hotel on a busy street. Nowhere to put 2 suitcases so I ended up with mine in the small closet. The air conditioner was very noisy and the room was stuffy without it on. No bathroom fan. The bathroom is small, tub grout needs to be replaced. Old, tired carpet. No decaf or tea in the room. The breakfast was not great - no decaf coffee, no gluten free options, no fresh fruit. Two positives: the bed was very comfortable and the staff were great!

L'absence d'ascenseur n'est pas très pratique avec les gros bagages Les chambres sous toitures sont très impactées par le bruit des climatisations
