location and able to check in early

no hot water...noisy heater...only 1 towel in bathroom (no wash cloths) had to request additional towel and washcloths. musty smell in room and hallway. local hotel phone number not on website.

I got ill from breakfast, even though it was the main reason I book a Choice hotel. The beds are not good. Every movement makes squeaking noises and I could feel the trucks from the nearby highway when I laid down. There were no toiletries. The front desk clerk acted incredibly confused when asked for a bar of soap and then handed us conditioner. Which was all they had left I guess. The walls in the room had mysterious substances on them. There are people living at this hotel who are incredibly rude and intimidating. Overall not good.
