Ligging.

Ontbijt was pover. 25 USD voor een French toast die taai en koud was. Tweede dag gaan ontbijten bij Ruby's Inn in de buurt. Wifi: Eerst registreren bij Bonvoy. Maar daarvoor moet je internet hebben. Dus kip en het ei. Tweede dag geen kamerservice. Enkel om de twee dagen. Parking 25 EUR per dag. Enkel te betalen via smartfoon.

Restaurant on site was good. They also served alcohol. Well maintained property and rooms.

Needs a tiny bit of up keep. Balcony screen door was ripped and ac made noise.

"Terrible shuttle and overall management"

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I only went because my flight out was cancelled. Their shuttle inexplicably picks up at island 5, when every other hotel is at island 3. It doesn’t inform you of that anywhere nor did the driver try to ensure people were aware. I ended up calling, the person on the phone didn’t tell me it was island 5. I waited 45 minutes at 9pm and had to take the shuttle of a nearby hotel and walk over. When I got there, the manager said she would put 5,000 extra points on my account for the inconvenience and never did. They had no hot food at the Bistro the next morning because their cook called in sick and they had no backup plan. Also on the return trip, the shuttle driver was not friendly at all and then rudely asked me for a tip. Never again.

Very nice clean beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. The Manager Tiara helped me with a parking payment issue, and was kind to take time to do that.
