The van driver is reckless, almost crashed 3 times because he was talking on the phone the entire time. The room is not comfortable, was given a handicap room because they had “no more rooms”. Do not recommend this hotel. Front desk guy was not nice during my late night check in.

"Error 404 - Booking not found"

It was one of the closest hotels to the airport (excluding the Westin which is THREE TIMES THE PRICE).

I booked this hotel through Booking.com however when I arrived at the hotel (after 11pm having travelled from the UK that day and had an onward flight cancelled) they had no record of my booking despite the booking reference I had. Ultimately the hotel was fully booked, and I had to return to the airport and sleep in a chair as due the delays in trying to sort this hotel out, I had no other options to stay at other hotels that night.

There is NO SIGNAGE for shuttle...all hotel shuttles at in same place at denver airport...EXCEPT Courtyard at Tower rd. I paid a cab $50 after waitingn90 minutes at both East and West terminals. When I told them at check in...she offered me a bottle of water
