"Best customer service in the industry bar none."

I've stayed at some very nice hotels and have never received customer service like we did at the Grove. Sean and Deserae went so above and beyond to take care of us. Can's speak highly enough about them and the rest of the staff. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boise.

Don't change a thing.

"The Grove is a great place to stay when visiting Boise."

The Grove is in a perfect location for visiting Boise without needing a car. It's within walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment (theater, library, plays), and attractions (capitol building, river walk), shopping. The hotel is very nice with comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities you could want. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable about the area. You can even see a hockey game without leaving the hotel. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a nice plus.

It is a bit more expelnsive than some of the other hotels in the area.

"Nice location"

The coffee service was nice, could have been longer. Only lasted until 7 a.m. Our bedroom was spacious, I didn't like that we were put into a wheelchair accessible room. There was no room around the sink to place items. The shower got the floor very wet, we placed a towel there. I thought the pillows were amazing, however the bed was just ok. We loved the bar inside and the manager there.
