"Exceptional!!"

I ordered room service for dinner and for breakfast. The food that was delivered was absolutely spectacular!!! The interior design in the room was comfortable and high-end! The staff was very helpful and kind!

The hot tub and steam room were both out of order.

Location is terrific- front desk staff spent time trying to find us a nice room. Very helpful and very pleasant. The gym is also FANTASTIC! I was an executive with AAA during my career and this definitely met 4 Diamond expectations.

No cups in the room for coffee or water. No instructions on where to get water (we figured it out) Also never heard from anyone when we requested the airport shuttle when we originally did our booking.

"Meet our expectations"

The room meet my expectations for it. We loved the view that we had for the city we were able to see the city during the night and there was football game during that night. It had a beautiful view during sunrise. We were very surprised with the room having a water pitch we stayed on the 12th floor, and we had the machine that dispense water and it had different types of water.

Stay & staff “above & beyond”. So convenient as a Steelhead fan!!! The valet & front desk were exceptional. Room was better than expected!!! Only thing missing was online check-in

Right in the heart of downtown Boise. Walking distance to many places in the downtown area. Kind and friendly service. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent fitness center and spa area. Excellent views from the room.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. It was a great stay for the occasion.
