"Terrible front desk personnel"

They left us in the cold weather out side of the airport awaiting for the hotel shuttle for more than 30 minutes, after several attempts to contact the front desk we decided to take an uber. We got to the hotel an hour later than expected, we asked the front desk men if the phone system was down and he replied “I was at the gym trying to play a game for some VIPs that are staying at this hotel” and laughed, he showed no care nor sympathy towards us as he only cared about the vips. This happened on October 27, 2025

The hotel room was nice and comfortable.

The woman checking us in was not pleasant and did not seem like she wanted to be bothered by us.
