Even with a little glitch in bathroom..having to change rooms.. They made it right! I've never had so much fun visiting with not only guests ..but staff ...in the lobby of a hotel.!!!.lol. I felt very comfortable ...as well as taken care of in every way!! Julie and Hailey are soooo sweet and funny!! Stevo

"The helpful staff of The Grove Hotel"

In general all the staff of the hotel was very kind and friendly. In addition my luggage was lost at San Francisco Airport and the personnell at the reception were very very helpful and kept calling the lost & Found services of the airport untill my luggage was found and brought to the hotel. I express my gratitude to the staff of The Grove Hotel.

Everything but the parking garage was full. Noticed several cars double parking, taking up two spots, not parking correctly.The yellow lines aren't good enough for them.I guess.

The parking was the only thing I didn't like.
