Location, clean and comfortable facility, warm welcome

Place, staff was excellent

Location is good, not in the most busy area but walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Staff is really friendly, breakfast is really good. Aircon works great on the room, and the swimming pool is a plus.

Bathroom was not great and there was no ventilation. We ended up staying in 2 rooms and the second one had moud everywhere and the smell was strong.

"It's a very comfortable place to stay. The family and the helpers are friendly and discreet. It's within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and only 10 minutes to the yoga barn. I would consider staying there on my next visit."

Excellent location , central Ubud yet peacefull side street, fantastic garden in a traditional family compound, value for money

The Homestay was very near to the centre of Ubud and so it was fine to walk to central areas. (About 20 minute slow walk to Ubud palace) We we’re able to hire a bike easily with help from the hosts meaning we could explore further outside of Ubud centre. The room was a good size with good air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was simple but clean. The breakfast was simple but very good and delivered to the room. The pool was small but a lovely way to chill in the afternoon after a busy morning. The staff/family were so lovely and helpful. They drove us to our next accommodation which was a long way away near Munduk, but we didn’t realise how difficult the last part of the drive would be and our host was so patient and calm about this, getting us there safely.

The bathroom was a little awkward with no easy place to put shampoos etc except on the toilet seat or the floor. The room had some ants in it but they didn’t really bother us. The clothes cupboard unfortunately smelt of damp and so we didn’t use it, but as we were only staying 3 nights it was not a big problem.
